10 words to be remembered

Hi guys i'm back again..Just submitted one of my assignment yesterday and finished presentation today.Stage fright can finally cure a little bit since this is only my second presentation so far..I think i did quite well but i'm so nervous during the presentation even my friends can see my hand which holding paper was shivering..Felt so relief after i'm done with it..Left last assignment which need to be handed in by tomorrow..

Not going to rant any further but i'm going to share you guys something that is really awesome and i think worth sharing..

Came across an article just now which i think is quite closely link with our daily life and meaningful so i decided to share it here..

There are 10 words that you're going to remember all the time especially during tough & rough time.. (I try to make it simple and not so wordy..:)

1.Amnesia

It's never as easy as we'd like to be,but forgetting is a necessity in instances that call for us to leave the past in the past. However,it may take conscious effort to forget unhappy memories but bear in mind, in FORGETTING you will find freedom.

2. Future

By being alive right now, you have a future. One day,hour,minute or even a second at a time,try to maximum effort in the present for the benefit of your future.

3. Perseverance

Significant accomplishments are rarely achieve immediately.We are bound to experience resistance in one aspect of life or another,the difference is how accepting one is of their shortcomings. Demand extraordinary with relentlessly and you'll persevere simply because that's only an option.

4. Happiness

If currently you aren't happy,ask yourself what is it stopping you from experience happiness in this moment?For many of us,happiness is a constant battle.Some people aren't just able to be happy by default and only get sad when something goes terribly wrong,those people have to FIGHT for happiness.

5.Faith

Believe in what you believe in,but do it wholeheartedly. Faith is a trust fall, you've got to believe with the utmost conviction that everything is happening for a reason and in the end all will be well.

6.Friends

It not necessarily the people who frequent the same hangouts but the people who are always there. Select few trusty friends who will sit there and listen to you rant and vent about all your struggle with no spiteful responses that will make you feel worse about yourself.

7.Family

Apart from friends,family should be the most reliable place to lean. Ideally they will love you no matter what because flesh and blood offers rare and unique bond.Try to talk to them and suddenly you will find that rough times will be smoothing out.

8. Forgive

Why not forgive the past  offenses and move on instead of holding grudges? Try to stop feeling angry or resentful towards someone for an offense,flaw or mistake to avoid yourself being unhappy.

9. Hope

Have some hopes and hope for the best even if you're one of those people who insists on preparing for a terrible outcome. Expect great, desire great, anticipate the things you want to happen. :)

10. Attitudes

Everybody gets down sometimes,the key is to recognize instances in which you have the ability to change your attitude and do your best to make it into positive one. Most commonly, your thoughts will be reflected in behaviors so try to limit the pessimistic ones.

Yay! i'm finally done with this post..This is the most lengthy post so far but i found it quite relevant to myself and all you as well so please bear with me..
