River Safari + Christmas Eve

Hello everyone ^.^ Last TGIF in 2013 so i decided to blog. Getting pretty excited to blog about it cause finally Cat and I finally made a trip to River Safari on Christmas eve. Spent quality time with her since this was our first trip. Such a fruitful day. And glad that I'm able to see unique animals that i may not be seeing for the rest of my life.  Like beaver , flamingos , manatees , all sort of monkeys and most importantly, the highlight for the whole safari which were pandas (Kai Kai & Jia Jia ). Apart from that, there were also others animals which I can't speak out their names so I suggested you guys keep on scrolling.

Cat , Panda and I. Such a good partner because she explains almost everything to me and being so informative. But it gets a little irritating since she reads every words on the board and I have to wait for her. Haha.

Had McD breakfast to kick start our day. We accidentally spilt our drink and their staffs were extremely attentive. Reached us immediately and sent us a new drink again. FYI there's actually bus 138 hat directs to Singapore Zoo, Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari and River Safari as well.

Obligatory selfie.

Beaver - Second largest in the world and they are known for building damns and lodges. Super fluffy though.

Alligator Snapping Turtle. I swear this is the biggest size turtle i have ever seen in my life. It looks really fierce indeed.

Huge devil rays.

Dang!! It's panda time. Everybody queues for it and for us, we've Q-ed for almost half an hour.

Such an awesome area because of the air-conditioned. Chilly but it was really crowded and squeezy because everyone was trying to take pictured of both of them.

Each of them eat up to 20 kg of bamboos a day. You must be wondering how much is it. It's actually equals to 20 bowls of rice. Can you imagine that?

Lunch at Mama Panda Kitchen right after visiting Kai Kai and Jia Jia. And the queue was mad once again. Q-ed for another 45 mins to get our meals and seek for seats. The foods weren't that impressive and good but the panda red bean pau was just too cute till I can't resist of buying it.

After having our not-so-lunch and all ready for another round of exploring new areas.

Went for Amazon Riverquest Boat Ride. FYI,please reserve slot for you boat ride before entering River Safari.

The highlight for the entire boat ride was actually jaguar. But we couldn't see it maybe they're napping or what.

During boat ride ^>^

Multiple signs that warn us to watch out for jaguars. But i can't even see their shadows too. haih.

Last stop - Squirrel Monkey Forest.

Zero distance. Beware of your foods and drinks.

We though nothing left after squirrel monkey forest but we accidentally seen this. - Amazon Flooded Forest.  Special one that has big aquarium. Let's see.

Couple of manatees. Which commonly known as sea cows.

OOTD : Flora peplum top from BKK // Shorts from H&M // Jelly scandals form BKK

Never feel lonely on Christmas eve anymore. Thank you cat.

Wild truffle mushroom pizza. The crust was extremely crunchy that out of my expectation. Worth trying!!
